By purchasing a ticket to this event, I confirm that I have been informed about the processing of my personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and I consent to it.

I consent to the processing of my personal data provided (in particular name, surname, email address, and any other data submitted during the ticket purchase) by Wahala Nation (hereinafter the “controller”), for the following purposes:

• organisation, administration and evaluation of the event, battles and workshops,
• marketing and promotional activities of the controller,
• internal analytics and improvement of future events.

I acknowledge that my personal data may be processed for the period necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes, but no longer than 5 years, or until this consent is withdrawn.

I also acknowledge and expressly consent to the fact that during events, photographic, visual and audio recordings may be made in which I may appear, for marketing, presentation, documentation and archiving purposes, without any entitlement to remuneration.

I acknowledge that:

• tickets are non-refundable,
• tickets are transferable to another person without restriction,
• provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for participation in the event,
• I may withdraw my consent at any time in writing or by email to the controller’s contact,
• I have the right to access my personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
