By purchasing a ticket to this event, I confirm that I have been informed about the processing of my personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and I hereby give my consent to such processing.
1. Scope of personal data processing
I consent to the processing of the personal data I provide, in particular:
- name and surname
- email address
- any other information submitted during the ticket purchase
The data will be processed by Wahala Nation (the “controller”) for the following purposes:
- organisation, administration, and evaluation of the event, including battles and workshops
- marketing and promotional activities
- internal analytics and improvement of future events
My personal data will be stored only for as long as necessary for the above purposes, and no longer than 5 years, unless I withdraw my consent earlier.
2. Media recordings
I acknowledge and expressly consent that photographic, video, and audio recordings may be taken during the event in which I may appear.
These materials may be used for:
- marketing and promotional purposes
- presentation of events on websites, social media, and in printed or digital materials
- documentation and archiving purposes
I understand that I am not entitled to any remuneration for such use.
3. Additional acknowledgements
I further acknowledge that:
- tickets are non-refundable
- tickets are transferable to another person without restriction
- providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the event
- I may withdraw my consent at any time via written notice or email to the controller
- I have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of my data, as well as data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant Data Protection Authority
